We started Aquila Property Partners with one guiding principle – to always work to improve the areas we operate in. Based in North Las Vegas, and working across Clark County, Nevada, and the neighboring states, we wholeheartedly believe that we can make communities and individual lives better through improved housing options.
Every project we take on is rehabilitated to high standards, with all of our collaborators and partners fully devoted to providing a finished property that is ready to be a home.
What Do We Do?
Aquila Property Partners is a full-service real estate company. We work with sellers to get them the best price for their properties, no matter their circumstances. Rehabilitation work takes place next, to turn dilapidated or neglected properties into homes to be proud of. Residents and communities benefit from improved living spaces and neighborhoods, giving them the opportunity to thrive, and increasing their quality of life.
As a company, we are committed to an ethos of integrity and honesty. All of our dealings, with buyers, sellers, and investors alike, are conducted with fairness and transparency at every stage in the process.
We know that there are times in all of our lives where a property can become a burden.
